Welcome to Great Bowls of Fire, where Chef Nicky Hanprom created bowls that bridge the flavors of Korean BBQ, Teriyaki chicken in a Mex-Asian fusion.


Each of our bowls features guacamole, lime-cilantro rice, Pico de gallo, grilled corn, Mexican cream, grilled kimchi, and your choice of Korean BBQ beef or Teriyaki chicken—It's a burst of flavors that you won't find anywhere else.


Our inspiration comes from Asian and Hispanic immigrant cultures, both known for their love of spicy, bold flavors and their partnership in food and communities.
